方管市場價格穩(wěn)中趨強。據(jù)市場了解，昨日武安市政府印發(fā)《武安市2019年鋼鐵焦化水泥行業(yè)三季度大氣污染防治差別化管控實施方案》通知以及第二輪第一批中央生態(tài)環(huán)境保 護(hù)督察即將全面啟動的消息并未對市場產(chǎn)生明顯影響，而今日或是由于此消息發(fā)酵，加上鐵礦石止跌回漲，期貨市場高開走強，部分現(xiàn)貨市場信心提振，國內(nèi)方管市 場價格意外回升。目前，國內(nèi)主導(dǎo)城市邯鄲、唐山、江陰、樂從方管主流價格在3840、3880、3870、4050元左右，相比之下，北方市場回升較為明 顯，而南方由于環(huán)保限產(chǎn)對其影響較小，以平穩(wěn)操作為主?，F(xiàn)截至尾盤，期螺收于4042元，漲50元，不過，午盤后市期貨拉漲略顯不足，另外，在淡季需求低 迷的情況下，今日市場整體成交較為一般。故綜上所述，基本面利空對峙，價格震蕩波動，但在無重大因素刺激下，價格波幅變化不會很大，因此預(yù)計明日國內(nèi)方管價格或呈現(xiàn)窄幅調(diào)整態(tài)勢。

方管價格方面，截至7月9日，國內(nèi)重點城市16-25mm普板均價保持在3963元(噸價，下同)，均價較上個交易日漲9元，較上周同期跌30元，較上月同期漲18元。
